Partner IT recruiter – International

WHAT WILL YOU DO
You will work with an organisation that takes care of the full process form relocation to getting the IT professional to feel at home in the Netherlands.You will manage the workflow with candidates and clients from lead to deal. In this way you have full control over your own success. You will work without any country borders, which means that you have the globe as your playground. You will give IT professionals the opportunity to get an international experience, bringing a change in mind set and lifestyle.
- Recruit, screen, qualify, interview and recommend IT professionals for open requisitions to fulfill staffing needs.
- Proactively utilize multiple sourcing strategies (i.e. internal database, social media, job boards, contact lists, networking, employee referrals, industry/university recruiting events, job fairs, etc.) in addition to other creative strategies, to locate and secure qualified candidates, often under time-sensitive deadlines.
- Manage offer process to include salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and all negotiations.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience by providing timely and proper follow-up, interview feedback and overall recruitment process.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
